Limited In-Person Access to the Estate:  With the exception of Virtual Sale buyers, there is no in-person, public access to this Estate.  Shop the on-line Virtual Estate Sale now and pick up your purchase at the estate, by appointment.   Special Note: At the time of your pick-up appointment, you may also view and purchase in person any of the many hundreds of additional offerings, occupying 10 rooms. This opportunity is only open to buyers retrieving the items they have already purchased on-line. There is no other in-person access to the Estate due to the location and parking restrictions.

After Your On-line Purchase – Location, Appointment Time, and “Live Shopping:”  If you have purchased an item on-line during this Virtual Estate Sale, you will receive an e-mail containing your purchase confirmation, the address & other details for picking up your purchase in Santa Barbara.  During your visit, we invite you to enter the Estate to shop, and to revel in the exquisite views of the city, the coastline, and the islands!
