The Protection Policy works if the purchase meets the following criteria:

  • The purchase was placed online through our secure checkout;
  • The item was significantly not as described, damaged in transit or never arrived; and
  • The issue was reported within three (3) business days of delivery date.

The Protection Program will not apply:

  • When returning an accurately described item; and
  • The buyer arranged their own shipping, or in person pick-up; and the item was damaged at pickup, during the shipment, or by a third party.
