TERMS OF SALE
Please review the following Terms of Sale carefully before making a purchase.
General Terms
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
• All featured items are available for immediate purchase by clicking the ADD TO CART button.
• This is not an auction; offers or bids will not be accepted.
• Payment is due in full at the time of the online purchase.
• All items are sold as-is and where-is with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied.
• Treasured Estates reserves the right to add or remove items at any time prior to sale.
• In the rare event that an item is not as described or a listing error occurs, a refund will be issued upon return of the item. This ensures that buyers can shop with confidence.
Item Descriptions & Photography
• Buyers are responsible for reviewing the full item description and all photographs before purchasing.
• Every effort is made to provide accurate details and clear images so buyers know exactly what they are purchasing.

Order Confirmation & Pick-Up
• Upon purchase, an email confirmation will be sent that includes the pick-up address.
• Please bring a printed or digital copy of your confirmation when picking up your item(s).
• For pick-up dates and times, please email your preference to Info@TreasuredEstates.com.
• No weekend pick-ups are available.
• All items must be picked up within the designated pick-up period. Items not collected will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
• Buyers are responsible for loading and transporting their purchases. Upon request, Treasured Estates can arrange loading or shipping at the buyer’s expense.
Sales Tax & Resale Permits
• An 8.75% sales tax will be applied to all purchases.
• Buyers with a valid California Resale Certificate must submit it prior to checkout to qualify for tax exemption. Certificates submitted after purchase cannot be applied retroactively.
Statement of Buyer Responsibility
By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Sale and accepts full responsibility for their purchase.
