Items Sold As-Is and Where-Is

All items are sold in their current condition and location. Treasured Estates makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the condition, authenticity, or functionality of any item. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items thoroughly before purchasing.

Payment Terms

• Accepted Payment Methods: Apple Pay, Venmo, and all major credit cards.

• No Checks or Holds: Personal checks are not accepted, and items cannot be held. All purchases must be paid for at the time of the sale.

Pricing Policy

• Unpriced Items: If an item is not clearly priced, please ask a cashier or sales associate for assistance.

• Incorrect Pricing: If an item is incorrectly priced, it will not be sold until the correct price is established. Treasured Estates reserves the right to remove items from the sale if priced incorrectly.

Removal of Sold Items

• All purchased items must be removed by 2:00 p.m. on the last day of the sale.

• Items not picked up by this time will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.

Liability & Responsibility

• Treasured Estates is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damage during the sale.

• Buyers assume full responsibility for the safe handling, transportation, and removal of their purchased items.

Right to Refuse Service
Treasured Estates reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to disruptive or unsafe behavior.
